- Paper 2: Total of 70 marks in 1h30, 40 marks extended response and algorithm creation, 30 marks case study
HL
- Paper 1: Total of 100 marks in 2h15 — 40 short-answer, 60 long-answer
- Paper 2: Total of 100 marks in 2h15, 60 marks extended response and algorithm creation, 40 marks case study.
Your mock is just one three-hour exam, so giving you a similar structure as your final exam you can expect:
- 1h30 of Paper 1-type questions with the same breakdown between short and longer answers (worth around 70 marks)
- 1h30 of Paper 2-type questions (worth around 70 marks), of which about 40 minutes (and about 27 marks) will go to the case study
